Building skills, independence, and belonging

Arc helps people separate themselves from their diagnosis and recognize their own distinct abilities — through vocational training, day programs, and community-based work.

“We’re providing jobs and services that benefit the community.”

Real jobs, real paychecks, real pride

Arc is the largest janitorial service provider in the Imperial Valley, operating federal AbilityOne contracts alongside subcontracting, a commercial kitchen, a car wash, and a recycling center.
